Remote Call Centre Agent – Customer Support

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and professional Call Centre Agent to manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a fully remote environment. This position is ideal for an experienced call centre professional who consistently meets targets and takes pride in every customer interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests within agreed timeframes.
• Accurately capture and update all call information in the CRM system.
• Follow approved scripts and call flows while adapting naturally to each conversation.
• Achieve daily and weekly call handling and quality assurance targets.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate supervisor or department.
• Maintain a courteous, professional, and solution‑focused approach at all times.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in a call centre or telephonic customer service role.
• Clear, confident, and professional verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Reliable home office setup with a stable internet connection and quality headset.
• Patient, resilient, and solution‑oriented under pressure.
• Ability to work shifts if required.
• Matric certificate required.
