About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Appointment Setter to join a mission‑driven education company that supports pre‑medical and medical students. This remote position involves contacting prospective clients and scheduling appointments for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Contact potential clients via phone or email to arrange sales appointments.
• Explain the company’s services and value proposition to prospects.
• Maintain organized records of client interactions and appointment details.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth hand‑off of scheduled meetings.
• Follow up with leads to confirm appointments and address any questions.

Required profile

• Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Resilience to handle rejection and persistence in outreach.
• Friendly, confident demeanor and self‑motivated attitude.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Comfort using telecommunication tools and platforms.
