About the role

We are looking for a high‑energy Remote Appointment Setter to become the engine of our sales pipeline. You will engage directly with B2B decision‑makers, spark interest in our clients’ solutions, and schedule high‑value discovery calls.

Key responsibilities

• Execute high‑volume outbound activity, maintaining 100+ calls per day.
• Prospect and qualify B2B leads to ensure a seamless handoff to Account Executives.
• Navigate gatekeepers and reach decision‑makers within target organisations.
• Manage a persistent follow‑up cadence via phone and email to maximise conversion rates.
• Maintain clean and accurate records of all activity and lead intelligence within the CRM.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales or appointment setting.
• Demonstrated ability to sustain high call volumes consistently.
• Exceptional verbal communication with a persuasive phone presence.
• Strong resilience and ability to handle objections professionally.
• Dedicated quiet home office with high‑speed internet.
• Experience using modern sales engagement platforms and CRM tools.
• Background in technology or professional‑services sales and a history of exceeding quotas in a remote environment.
