Remote Appointment Setter

About the role

We are a fast‑growing home‑improvement marketing agency looking for a Remote Appointment Setter to manage the lead follow‑up process. You will work closely with our UK‑based sales team and founders to ensure every enquiry is contacted, quoted, and moved toward a booking.

Key responsibilities

• Handle all B2C written follow‑up via WhatsApp, SMS, and email, ensuring each new enquiry receives the correct initial message and follow‑up sequence.
• Collect homeowner photos, forward them to clients for pricing, and deliver quotes back to leads promptly.
• Maintain clean and accurate GoHighLevel pipelines, stages, tags, notes, tasks, and next‑action items.
• Follow up quoted leads using sales assets and templates until they book or are closed out.
• Flag hot leads, objections, delays, and booking opportunities for phone follow‑up by the UK caller.
• Provide daily handover updates so the caller knows exactly who to call and why.
• Collaborate with founders to continuously improve the follow‑up process and increase conversion rates.

Required profile

• Highly organised communicator with experience managing leads through a CRM pipeline.
• Excellent written English, able to craft clear, professional, warm messages for UK homeowners.
• Detail‑obsessed, noticing and correcting pipeline errors before they become issues.
• Commercially aware, treating every conversation as an opportunity to move a lead forward.
• Proactive self‑starter who follows SOPs, flags issues, and suggests improvements.
• Comfortable working repetitive processes and maintaining spotless CRM records daily.
• Available to work UK business hours (9 am–8 pm).

Required skills

• CRM experience (GoHighLevel preferred).
• WhatsApp, SMS, and email messaging.
• Strong written English communication.
