Rehabilitation Nurse

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Rehabilitation Nurse to lead the launch of a new business unit that delivers COIDA‑compliant rehabilitation programmes for client employers in Pretoria. The role also serves as an Employee Health and Wellness Representative, ensuring compliance with COIDA regulations on rehabilitation, reintegration and return‑to‑work. Key responsibilities

• Establish and manage a new rehabilitation business unit.
• Design and deliver COIDA‑compliant rehabilitation programmes to client organisations.
• Act as an Employee Health and Wellness Representative, guiding clients through reintegration and return‑to‑work processes.
• Coordinate with senior client representatives to tailor rehabilitation plans.

Required profile

• Nursing qualification.
• High proficiency in English and computer literacy.
• Valid driver’s licence and own transport.
• Willingness to travel nationwide and work long hours.
• Strong computer skills for reporting and documentation.
