Regional Sales Representative – Free State & Bloemfontein

About the role

Eva-Last, a global manufacturer of sustainable building products, is seeking a motivated Regional Sales Representative to drive growth across the Free State and Bloemfontein region. You will work independently, building strong relationships with contractors, dealers, architects, and homeowners while representing a trusted brand in outdoor living.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and increase sales within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with contractors, dealers, and homeowners.
• Identify, onboard, and support new contractor partners.
• Provide merchandising, product promotion, and account management support to dealers.
• Present product specifications, samples, and technical support to drive specification.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales.
• Maintain accurate CRM reporting, forecasting, and pipeline management.
• Represent Eva‑Last at trade events, customer meetings, and networking opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and technical teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to uncover growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Three to five years of proven sales experience with a record of meeting targets.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent relationship‑building and account‑management skills.
• Organised, able to manage multiple priorities, and self‑motivated.
• Valid South African driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
• Knowledge of flooring, decking, cladding, or related building products is a plus.
