Regional Sales Manager KwaZulu Natal

About the role

The Regional Sales Manager will lead BBL Security Products’ sales activities across the KwaZulu‑Natal province. Reporting to senior management, the role combines hands‑on customer engagement with team leadership to grow existing accounts and acquire new business in the security hardware market.

Key responsibilities

• Own regional sales performance and growth targets for KwaZulu‑Natal.
• Develop and nurture relationships with hardware stores, security dealers, distributors and retail groups.
• Identify and acquire new accounts while expanding product penetration in existing customers.
• Lead, motivate and coach a regional sales team, set targets and monitor results.
• Conduct regular store visits and market visits to stay actively involved in the field.
• Analyse market opportunities, competitor activity, pricing trends and customer needs.
• Collaborate with internal sales, stock and technical teams to fulfil customer requirements.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports and territory plans for the region.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience selling or promoting security hardware, locks, access control or related products.
• Proven track record of achieving sales growth and managing a regional sales team.
• Strong understanding of the retail hardware and security trade in South Africa.
• Excellent relationship‑building and commercial negotiation skills.
