Regional Sales Manager

About the role

Join AB InBev’s frontline team as a Regional Sales Manager, supporting top wholesalers across the region. You will drive profitable volume and market‑share growth through strategic business planning and execution of push and pull initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze market data, competitor activity, and route‑to‑market strategies to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop integrated business plans aligned with short‑ and long‑term objectives, incorporating brand positioning and target segments.
• Manage budgets for promotional activities (CAPEX, OPEX) while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
• Execute rigorous volume and share growth plans, monitoring financial performance and tactical outputs.
• Integrate strong regional and national GA accounts to meet business targets.
• Build and maintain point‑of‑contact relationships, coordinating with logistics, finance, and other internal teams.
• Lead internal customer relationship management and align social systems with business goals.
• Implement the AB InBev People Cycle, coach teams, and foster a safe, inclusive work environment.
