About the role
Premier FMCG is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Inland North region to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets while leading a sales and merchandising team.
Key responsibilities
- Manage regional expenses within budget and report performance.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to meet revenue targets.
- Lead sales and merchandising service provider teams to achieve business goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, key accounts and distributors.
- Conduct market research and gather insights on customer needs, trends and competitor activity.
- Monitor and analyse sales data, market trends and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing, finance and supply‑chain functions to ensure alignment on objectives.
Required profile
- Grade 12/Matric with a business management or sales qualification.
- At least 5 years of FMCG sales experience with a proven record of meeting targets.
- 2–3 years of experience managing sales teams.
- Strong knowledge of the Inland North region and experience working with retailers and wholesalers.
