Regional Commercial Manager - Africa (Cape Town)

About the role

Zepz is looking for a Regional Commercial Manager to lead its Africa business from Cape Town. The role sits within the Business Development team and focuses on driving growth, shaping the commercial agenda and coordinating cross‑functional efforts to meet regional targets.

Key responsibilities

• Own and deliver the commercial targets for the Africa region.
• Generate market insights and translate them into actionable growth strategies.
• Collaborate with the regional growth team to set the commercial agenda.
• Mobilise and align internal functions (product, operations, marketing, finance) around regional priorities.
• Act as the commercial architect, ensuring seamless execution of initiatives across the region.
