Regional Account Manager (Sport, Fitness & Lifestyle Accessories)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, people‑first Regional Account Manager to expand our footprint across the Western Cape. You will represent leading sport, fitness and lifestyle accessory brands, building strong relationships with retailers and buyers while driving sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow key retail accounts throughout the Western Cape.
• Develop and execute customer‑focused sales plans that deliver measurable results.
• Pitch brand opportunities with solid product and market credibility.
• Negotiate deals, promotions and pricing that benefit both parties.
• Collaborate with supply‑chain teams to ensure optimal stock availability.
• Conduct regular in‑store visits and train retail staff on product knowledge.
• Monitor margin, merchandising and brand standards on the ground.

Required profile

• Strong relationship‑building and trust‑winning abilities.
• Sharp negotiation instincts and commercial awareness.
• Self‑motivated with a hunger for new business.
• Excellent presentation skills and confidence in defending positions.
• Experience working with mass‑market or professional buyers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver’s licence, own reliable vehicle and willingness to travel.
• Fluent English and a commitment to continuous learning.
