About the role
We are looking for a professional, well‑presented Receptionist/Office Administrator to join our client’s team in Benrose, Johannesburg. The role is the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming calls using the switchboard.
- Manage the front‑desk diary, schedule appointments and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry and liaising with service providers.
- Handle basic debtor and creditor tasks as required.
Required profile
- Matric (high school) qualification.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with switchboard operation and diary management.
- Ability to interact professionally with clients, visitors and staff.
