About the role
We are looking for a friendly and energetic Receptionist to be the first point of contact for members at our Plattekloof location. You will create a welcoming atmosphere, handle inquiries, and ensure the front desk runs smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Greet members and visitors with a positive first impression.
- Answer telephone calls promptly and professionally.
- Assist members with queries, resolve issues efficiently, and direct them to the appropriate services.
- Maintain an organized and secure reception area.
- Provide accurate member access and registration support.
Required profile
- Basic computer literacy.
- Friendly, efficient demeanor that reflects the Planet Fitness approach.
- High energy level and ability to work flexible hours or shifts.
- Previous front‑desk or welcome‑desk experience is an advantage.
- Reliable personal transport.
