About the role

Our client, a specialised diesel generator supplier operating from Lanseria (Gauteng) and Brits (North West), is looking for a Quotes Administrator to support the sales team. The role is based primarily in Lanseria with regular travel to the Brits office, handling quotation preparation and various administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

Filing and data capturing.
General administrative duties as required.
Assisting sales personnel with office and administrative tasks.
Preparing and emailing quotations for spare parts and generators.
Creating internal email quotations for generators, spares, servicing, and transport/courier services for local and export destinations.
Logging technical support calls and service requests.
Scheduling work for technical support and service teams.
Performing ad‑hoc activities generated from sales meetings or office needs.
Updating specification sheets, supporting marketing initiatives, and contributing to research and development activities.

Required profile

Matric certificate with Pure Mathematics.
