Quantitative Business Analyst

About the role

Amidel is a leading Business Consulting and Technology Company delivering advanced solutions to enterprises in both private and public sectors. We are seeking high‑caliber Quantitative Analysts (“Quants”) to join our team in a strategic role that involves shaping the quantitative aspects of trading systems.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with traders, risk managers and stakeholders to gather business requirements and analyse current trading workflows and market data feeds.
• Design and implement quantitative solutions, defining integration requirements for trading platforms such as Front Arena or Murex and market‑data providers like Bloomberg and Reuters.
• Validate and optimise market data for trading and risk systems, ensuring data quality, reliability and performance.
• Work with developers to test and validate system configurations under live market scenarios and resolve issues.
• Create detailed documentation of data flows, functional designs and communicate project progress to stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5 – 8 years of experience in quantitative analysis, trading‑systems or business‑analysis roles within investment banking.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Engineering or Computer Science; CFA or FRM certification is a plus.
• Proven experience with capital‑markets, derivatives or structured products is advantageous.

Required skills

• Trading systems: Front Arena, Murex.
• Market‑data platforms: Bloomberg Terminal, Bloomberg API, Reuters/Refinitiv.
• Programming: Python, VBA, SQL, APIs, XML, JSON.
