Quality Control Inspector

About the role

The Quality Control Inspector will ensure that manufacturing, production and assembly operations meet established quality standards and customer expectations. Reporting directly to management and the Board, the role supports continuous improvement and maintains confidentiality of operational data.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and assess product quality, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and engineering drawings.
• Identify defects, non‑conformities and discrepancies, and record inspection results in prescribed formats.
• Develop and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of quality issues.
• Maintain and apply quality protocols in line with international directives.
• Analyse quality trends, compile detailed reports and present findings to production and assembly teams.
• Utilise specialised quality control tools and equipment for inspections.
• Make independent decisions on quality‑related issues while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
• Provide technical support to dealers and ensure all audits are completed before product release.

Required profile

• Relevant technical qualification in engineering, quality control or a related field.
• Proven experience in a quality control or inspection role within a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong analytical, reporting and problem‑solving abilities.
• High attention to detail, integrity and professionalism.
• Capacity to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
