Quality Assurance Specialist (Remote, US Hours)

About the role

The Quality Assurance Specialist will ensure that clinical and operational processes meet the highest standards of accuracy, compliance, and healthcare quality. Working remotely on US business hours, you will partner with cross‑functional teams to audit, analyze, and improve performance across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed QA audits of clinical and operational workflows.
• Review documentation, reports, and case materials for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Utilize QA audit platforms such as CentralReach and Rethink to evaluate performance and identify gaps.
• Interpret and apply healthcare regulations and standards to varied scenarios.
• Provide clear, constructive feedback and actionable recommendations.
• Analyze data with Excel and other tools to track trends, assess risks, and support decision‑making.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to maintain and raise quality standards.
• Develop and refine QA processes, frameworks, and documentation.
• Manage multiple audits and projects simultaneously using project‑management tools.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a QA, compliance, or audit role, preferably within healthcare or ABA environments.
• Strong understanding of healthcare standards and the ability to research and apply them independently.
• Exceptional attention to detail and critical‑thinking skills.
• Excellent written communication with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset and strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
