About the role
The Quality Assurance Manager will lead Premier FMCG’s site QA team, ensuring that bakery and milling products meet the highest standards of safety, quality and regulatory compliance. This role drives continuous improvement and supports the company’s commitment to delivering trusted, iconic brands.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement the site QC strategy and quality control plans.
- Lead the QA team toward world‑class quality standards.
- Provide guidance to department heads on QC issues and monitor site QC performance.
- Review, challenge and approve QC plans and procedures.
- Maintain HACCP and ISO 22000 food safety management systems.
- Generate consolidated management information and reporting.
Required profile
- Diploma in Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in bakery or milling environments, with a focus on food safety and quality control.
- 2–3 years of managerial experience leading QA or QC teams.
- Strong analytical ability, attention to detail and decision‑making skills.
