Quality Assurance Internship – Insurance Sector

About the role

This internship offers recent graduates a hands‑on introduction to Quality Assurance within a leading insurance company. You will gain practical experience, a monthly stipend, and mentorship while supporting project coordination and data‑driven reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Support learner administration and sales systems.
• Capture factual information and extract data for reporting purposes.
• Listen to and document funeral sales calls.
• Read and write in multiple South African vernacular languages as required.
• Assist in continuous improvement of learning & development initiatives and prepare training interventions.
• Plan and organise induction sessions, including meeting schedules and attendance registers.
• Execute operational tasks in the funeral space, meeting targets and deadlines.

Required profile

• Recent graduate eager to start a career in Quality Assurance.
• Strong listening, reading and writing abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under deadlines.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and collaborate in a team environment.

Required skills
