QA/QC Engineer – Civil, Electrical & MEP

About the role

Simera is looking for experienced QA/QC Engineers to lead quality assurance and control activities on major construction projects across the United Arab Emirates. The position is full‑time and offers a relocation opportunity for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities

• Perform inspections and testing activities on civil, electrical and MEP works.
• Review material approvals and inspection requests.
• Monitor and update Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
• Manage Non‑Conformance Reports (NCRs) and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure compliance with project quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of construction experience with direct site exposure.
• Proven experience in QA/QC inspections and documentation.
• Strong knowledge of ITPs and quality control procedures.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
