QA/QC Engineer – Civil, Electrical & MEP

About the role

We are looking for experienced QA/QC Engineers with expertise in civil, electrical or MEP disciplines to support major construction projects across the United Arab Emirates. The role involves ensuring that all work meets the required quality standards and that documentation is accurate and complete.

Key responsibilities

• Perform on‑site inspections and testing activities.
• Review material approvals and inspection requests.
• Monitor and update Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
• Manage Non‑Conformance Reports (NCRs) and coordinate corrective actions.
• Collaborate with consultants, subcontractors and internal teams to maintain compliance with project quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of construction experience with direct site exposure.
• Proven experience in QA/QC inspections and documentation.
• Strong analytical abilities and effective communication skills.
