QA Analyst

About the role

Arup’s Oasys Software team is looking for a QA Analyst to support the development and delivery of engineering analysis applications used both internally and by external clients. You will join a global, interdisciplinary group focused on ensuring high‑quality, validated software that underpins major construction projects worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain test cases based on functional and non‑functional requirements.
• Execute manual exploratory testing and support QA automation activities.
• Collaborate with developers and product owners to identify defects and drive resolutions.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes.
• Help ensure software releases meet Arup’s quality standards and regulatory expectations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in test case development and a solid understanding of software testing fundamentals.
• Hands‑on experience with both QA automation and manual exploratory testing on software projects.
• Strong desire to deliver high‑quality, validated applications.
• Eagerness to learn new skills, expand horizons and share knowledge with colleagues.
