About the role

Mediclinic Newcastle, the only private hospital in north‑western KwaZulu‑Natal, is seeking a qualified Pulmonologist to join its multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will contribute to the delivery of high‑quality, private‑practice pulmonary care for the hospital’s patients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide specialist pulmonary assessment, diagnosis and treatment within the hospital setting.
• Collaborate with other specialists and general practitioners to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and contribute to continuous improvement of clinical services.

Required profile

• Registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) as a specialist pulmonologist.
• Commitment to delivering quality care in a private‑hospital environment.
