Property Onboarding Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Property Onboarding Consultant to join LekkeSlaap, South Africa’s leading accommodation booking app. In this role you will welcome new hosts to our platform, guide them through the setup process and equip them with the tools they need to succeed from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full onboarding journey for new property partners, ensuring a smooth transition onto the LekkeSlaap platform.
• Provide step‑by‑step guidance on creating and optimising listings, including photo uploads and compelling descriptions.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to familiarize hosts with platform features and functionalities.
• Assist hosts with updating profiles and property information, and resolve onboarding‑related queries or technical issues.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service teams to deliver a seamless experience.
• Monitor performance of newly onboarded properties and suggest strategies to boost visibility and bookings.
• Gather host feedback, identify pain points and propose process improvements.

Required profile

• Experience in customer service, hospitality or property management is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Afrikaans and English.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organisational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple onboarding processes.
• Comfortable working in a target‑driven environment.
