Property Analyst

About the role

The Property Analyst will evaluate acquisition and development opportunities, conduct due‑diligence investigations and prepare sales packs. The role supports the group’s investment strategy by identifying suitable properties, analysing financial feasibility and driving marketing of rentable and saleable spaces.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with agents to source new opportunities and gather required information.
• Conduct market research on rental rates and capitalisation rates for specific areas.
• Evaluate financial feasibility of new acquisitions and present findings at weekly deal‑committee meetings.
• Prepare and submit offers, collect due‑diligence data and produce comprehensive due‑diligence reports.
• Coordinate with the Financial Director on finance applications and communicate outcomes.
• Work with the development department to estimate preliminary development costs, prepare financial feasibilities and monitor budgets.
• Develop marketing plans for rentable space, liaise with agents and prepare rental proposals.
• Assist in preparing sales figures, marketing the identified properties and creating sales packs.
