Project Supervisor – Industrial HVAC

About the role

The Project Supervisor will lead the planning, execution and on‑site oversight of industrial HVAC projects for our customers. You will ensure high‑quality delivery, strict adherence to timelines and safe working conditions while coordinating with clients, suppliers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute current and future customer projects, ensuring seamless delivery.
• Maintain direct communication with clients and stakeholders via email, phone or face‑to‑face meetings.
• Coordinate timelines with suppliers and internal teams to meet project milestones.
• Lead weekly project meetings and conduct post‑mortem reviews after completion.
• Provide agile on‑site problem solving while supervising subcontractors and ensuring work quality.
• Oversee safety management and compliance across all sites.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Supervisor in an industrial setting.
• Matric education with an industrial engineering or installation background.
• Experience in industrial process factories and HVAC installations.
• Valid Code 08 driver’s licence.
• Proficiency in English; Afrikaans is a plus.
