Project Sales Engineer – Water Treatment

About the role

We are looking for a technically strong Sales Engineer with expertise in water treatment to join our commercial team in Kempton Park. The role will involve turning engineering solutions into commercial wins across commercial and industrial water‑treatment projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business within commercial and industrial water‑treatment markets.
• Manage relationships with clients, consultants, contractors and developers.
• Design and specify water‑treatment systems based on client requirements and water analyses.
• Perform process calculations, equipment sizing and system selection.
• Prepare technical proposals, cost estimates and tender submissions.
• Create process flow diagrams, equipment specifications and project documentation.
• Negotiate quotations and follow up to secure orders.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to deliver technically compliant solutions.
• Support FATs, commissioning, troubleshooting and plant optimisation.
• Provide technical and after‑sales support to customers.

Required profile

• BTech or BSc in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent engineering qualification).
• Proven experience in commercial and industrial water‑treatment projects.
• Ability to manage customer relationships and drive sales conversion.
