Project Manager – Revenue Consulting (Pipeline)

About the role

The Manager will lead end‑to‑end delivery of revenue consulting projects across South Africa, translating client challenges into structured workstreams and ensuring disciplined execution. This role combines project management, client relationship management, financial oversight and team leadership to drive sustainable client outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Project planning and delivery of complex consulting engagements.
• Consulting and client delivery across revenue operations and recovery business units.
• Financial and commercial management of projects, monitoring profitability.
• People and resource management, coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Business development and client growth, identifying additional work opportunities.
• Risk, governance and quality assurance throughout project lifecycle.
• Performance management and reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Innovation and continuous improvement of consulting practices.

Required profile

• Experienced management consulting project professional with strong discipline.
• Commercial awareness and analytical capability.
• Proven client‑facing consulting skills.
• Ability to independently manage complex projects and lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Confidence engaging with senior client stakeholders.
• Expertise in managing project economics and translating strategy into implementation.
