Project Manager – RELEX Software & ERP Implementations

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead RELEX software and ERP implementations for retail customers across Europe. You will own the delivery from signed commitment through go‑live and handover, acting as the main liaison between the customer and our internal delivery team.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring they reflect reality and are agreed with the customer.
• Lead project governance activities such as status meetings, steering‑committee updates and escalation routes.
• Manage scope, change requests and commercial variations through a controlled process.
• Proactively identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies with clear owners and actions.
• Coordinate consultants, solution specialists and technical resources to meet quality standards.
• Lead go‑live preparation, cut‑over and transition into ongoing support.

Required profile

• End‑to‑end delivery experience of at least one software, ERP or SaaS implementation to go‑live.
• Strong project planning, RAID and change‑control practice from real projects.
• Confidence engaging senior customer stakeholders and delivering difficult news early.
• Commercial awareness of scope, effort, cost and margin interactions.
• Recognised project‑management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
• Relevant degree or 3–4 years of equivalent delivery experience.
