Project Manager

About the role

Engage Video Group is seeking a Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle of video and social media projects, from brief to delivery. You will act as the operational backbone for a high‑output creative team, leveraging technology, AI and lean principles to accelerate delivery and improve quality.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality standards are met.
• Proactively identify and resolve risks, remove blockers and keep multiple projects moving simultaneously.
• Drive continuous improvement by championing AI tools, automation and lean methodologies.
• Manage project finances with transparent budgeting, forecasting and cost reconciliation.
• Coordinate resources, align stakeholders and keep clients informed throughout the project.
