Project Manager – Installations (Corporate Office Designs & Supplies)

About the role

Our client is an established company specialising in office supplies, workplace design, fittings and fixtures, delivering tailored solutions to corporate and commercial clients. They are looking for a hands‑on Project Manager to oversee projects from initial planning through to final installation and handover. This practical, site‑based role suits someone who enjoys managing people, coordinating multiple moving parts and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage projects from planning and preparation through to completion and handover.
• Conduct regular site visits and oversee installation activities.
• Coordinate and manage installation teams, contractors and internal project teams.
• Liaise directly with clients, providing regular updates and addressing queries.
• Ensure materials, fittings, fixtures and other project requirements are available when needed.
• Monitor project programmes, deadlines and key deliverables.
• Identify and resolve project‑related issues, delays and logistical challenges.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, schedules and progress reports.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years’ experience in project management within office fit‑outs, interior design, workplace solutions or related fields.
• Strong organisational, administrative and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, confident dealing with clients, suppliers and contractors.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel to client sites across Johannesburg.
