Project Manager – GRC & Cybersecurity (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join Cognisys’ Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) team. The role is fully remote and focuses on delivering high‑quality cybersecurity projects for global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for multiple client projects, understanding and meeting their needs throughout the lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules and resource allocations.
• Manage GRC projects end‑to‑end, including client onboarding, kick‑off meetings and regular governance calls.
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners, facilitating audit schedules and compliance requirements.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues and dependencies, and ensure timely delivery of project outcomes.
• Monitor project health, budgets and resource usage, and drive continuous improvement of delivery processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience, preferably in GRC, cybersecurity or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.

• Understanding of GRC frameworks and cybersecurity concepts.
