Project Manager – Business Process Improvement & Digital Transformation

About the role

We are seeking an intermediate Project Manager with at least three years of experience to lead business process improvement and digital transformation initiatives for a financial services provider in Centurion. The role involves full‑cycle delivery of process automation and systems implementation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional projects from initiation through closure, aligning with strategic objectives.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks and issues while ensuring high‑quality delivery.
• Collaborate with business units and stakeholders to maintain effective communication and engagement.
• Drive business readiness, change adoption and compliance with governance and regulatory frameworks.
• Monitor and report project performance, benefits realization and continuous improvement opportunities.
• Prepare and present updates to steering committees, senior executives and divisional leaders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (PMP, CAPM or PRINCE2 certification is a strong advantage).
• 3‑5 years of project management experience, preferably in financial services or a regulated environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and influence at all levels.
• Experience with business process improvement and digital transformation initiatives.

Required skills

• JIRA for project tracking.
• Microsoft Suite for reporting and presentations.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall and PRINCE2 methodologies.
