Project Manager – Business-Critical Projects

About the role

Wilson Partners is expanding its operational capabilities and needs a hands‑on Project Manager to lead business‑critical initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with appropriate governance.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end delivery of multiple projects, driving outcomes and aligning with the company’s growth vision.
• Identify and manage inter‑project dependencies, anticipate roadblocks, and propose creative work‑arounds.
• Administer projects using suitable tools, tailor methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) to each project’s complexity, and run effective project meetings.
• Maintain clear documentation of actions, progress, and accountability, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth execution and alignment.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing IT‑related projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong ability to learn business processes, technology, and deliver results without relying on rigid rulebooks.
• Excellent problem‑solving mindset, capable of balancing competing priorities across projects.
• Willingness to adapt as the company grows through acquisitions.
