Project Manager – Brand Onboarding (Remote – South Africa)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead brand onboarding for new client brands in a fully remote setting based in South Africa. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage timelines, and ensure a smooth transition into our digital ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end onboarding process for new client brands.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, defining deliverables and timelines.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including design, technology, and customer‑facing departments.
• Continuously assess and manage project risks, implementing mitigation strategies.
• Track and report on project status, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations.
• Ensure all projects meet high standards of quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in project management, preferably in brand onboarding or a similar field.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑phase projects across teams.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Jira, or similar platforms.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Problem‑solving mindset with a proactive, detail‑oriented approach.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience; Six Sigma certification is a plus.
• Fully remote setup with personal computer, monitors, high‑speed internet and a quiet dedicated workspace.
• Availability to work Monday‑Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
