About the role

Join the eCommerce Content Factory at Brandtech+ and lead the creation and localisation of high‑volume beauty content for skin and hair categories across multiple European markets. You will blend creativity with strict compliance, ensuring that innovative beauty solutions resonate globally while meeting local legal and scientific standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple integrated projects for beauty and e‑commerce clients from concept to delivery.
• Oversee high‑volume adaptation across various channels, maintaining brand consistency and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to plan, execute, and finalise projects within strict deadlines and budgets.
• Utilise project‑management and creative software tools to streamline workflow and communication.
• Conduct quality checks throughout the project lifecycle and adjust plans as needed.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and handling changes.
• Analyse project performance and report insights to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in the beauty and/or fashion sector.
• Demonstrated ability to lead integrated projects for e‑commerce clients.
• Strong understanding of compliance, brand guidelines, and market‑specific regulations.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage several projects concurrently.
