About the role

Join Brandtech+’s eCommerce Content Factory as a Project Manager focused on high‑volume beauty and hair content for multiple European markets. You will blend creativity with compliance, ensuring that localized digital assets meet both brand standards and local legal requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage integrated projects for beauty and e‑commerce clients, keeping all campaign components cohesive and strategically aligned.
• Oversee high‑volume adaptation across various channels while maintaining brand consistency and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to plan, execute, and finalize projects within strict deadlines and budgets.
• Utilise project‑management and creative software tools to improve workflow efficiency and communication.
• Conduct quality checks throughout the project lifecycle to ensure high‑quality outputs.
• Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Maintain strong client relationships and act as the main point of contact for updates and changes.
• Analyse project performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in the beauty and/or fashion sector – a mandatory requirement.
• Demonstrated background in e‑commerce projects, preferably within the beauty industry.
• Ability to manage high‑volume, multi‑market adaptations while ensuring compliance and consistency.
• Strong organisational skills and the capacity to handle several projects at once.
