Production Supervisor – Manufacturing Operations

About the role

PepsiCo is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing activities at one of its facilities. The role ensures that production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are consistently met while fostering a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to achieve production goals, quality benchmarks, and safety compliance.
• Control and report product quality parameters and maintain accurate shift reports.
• Monitor product flow, production processes, and raw‑material stock levels.
• Maintain people, plant, machinery, and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct regular plant inspections, report deviations, and enforce safety, health, and hygiene standards.
• Ensure adherence to document‑control policies and update shift time sheets.
• Lead, train, and develop the production team on operational procedures.

Required profile

• Grade 12 or a relevant national training certificate/qualification.
• Four to five years of experience in the FMCG sector.
• Proven supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
