Production Assistant

About the role

Flash Forward Productions is seeking a Production Assistant to support the CEO and the production team across all stages of production. The role is fast‑paced and hands‑on, requiring strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks while keeping the office and set operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate production logistics such as travel, accommodation, catering, craft services and equipment.
• Manage crew, cast, suppliers and contractors; prepare call sheets, schedules and task trackers.
• Capture behind‑the‑scenes photos and video on shoot days and assist with collections and deliveries.
• Source, compare and negotiate supplier quotations; maintain an up‑to‑date supplier database.
• Schedule internal and external meetings, take detailed minutes and track action items.
• Support creative development by contributing ideas, assisting with scripts, treatments and visual references, and helping prepare pitch decks.
• Provide administrative support to the CEO, including document formatting, proofreading and office coordination.
• Assist with the planning and scheduling of organic social‑media content.

Required profile

• Highly organised, proactive and detail‑oriented.

• Comfortable working in a fast‑moving, collaborative environment.
