Product Support Manager – Global (Grade 12)

About the role

The Product Support Manager Global (Grade 12) leads the after‑sales and parts support function for Barloworld Equipment. The role focuses on growing market share, building strong customer relationships, and delivering innovative solutions that meet client needs across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Grow market share by identifying new sales and after‑sales opportunities and managing the PSSR team to achieve targets.
• Own the customer experience, handle complaints promptly, and drive net loyalty scores.
• Lead solution development in partnership with the Customer Service Team and regional BWE operations.
• Manage the after‑sales funnel, reporting, and performance metrics, including budgeting of parts and income.
• Coordinate subject‑matter experts and OEM representatives to improve site health and equipment productivity.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies, annual plans, and coverage models for customer accounts.

Required profile

• Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent (B. Engineering degree, qualified earth‑moving equipment mechanic, or technical Red Seal).
• 5‑7 years of experience in a parts/service environment, PSSR Advanced Certification, and strong business acumen.
• Proven product knowledge, analytical ability, and competency in sales, negotiation, problem‑solving, and innovation.
