Product Owner

About the role

Network IT is seeking a passionate Product Owner to lead the strategy and delivery of mobile‑first digital solutions. You will own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog while collaborating with business stakeholders, designers, and development teams to create user‑centric experiences that drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure high‑value feature delivery.
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, write user stories, and set acceptance criteria.
• Lead sprint planning, reviews, and Agile delivery activities.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing and verify that solutions meet business needs.
• Monitor product performance, collect customer feedback, and drive continuous improvements.
• Support user adoption through training, communication, and enablement initiatives.

Required profile

• Honours degree in Commerce, Computer Science, Engineering, Science or related field.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product management role.
• Strong background managing software products, especially mobile applications, SaaS platforms, and e‑commerce solutions.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to balance customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints.

Required skills

• Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Jira and Confluence for backlog and collaboration management.
• Figma, Sketch, InVision for UI/UX design collaboration.
• Understanding of UX/UI design principles and mobile design patterns.
• Data‑driven decision making using analytics.
