Product Manager – Rewards Products

About the role

A leading financial services organization is looking for an experienced Product Manager to own the management, enhancement and growth of its Rewards products. The role focuses on the end‑to‑end product lifecycle, including implementation, innovation, performance tracking and development of initiatives that enhance product usage and the overall client proposition.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end lifecycle of rewards products, including implementation and changes.
• Lead product innovation and project management initiatives to develop new value propositions.
• Monitor, analyse and report on product performance, preparing daily, monthly and quarterly reports.
• Provide insights to support marketing and usage campaigns while balancing cost to company.
• Collaborate with sales teams to improve sales through customer insights and influence cross‑functional teams for effective delivery.

Required profile

• Relevant commercial degree.
• Minimum of 5 years’ product or business management experience.
• Strong project management and financial acumen.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and relationship management skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication with ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
