Product Manager – Fulfilment Experiences

About the role
Takealot Group is looking for a Junior Product Manager to improve its Fulfilment Experiences, a key part of the e‑commerce platform. You will focus on tools that support day‑to‑day operational teams within supply chain and logistics, creating the best fulfillment experiences for internal and external clients.
Key responsibilities
- Drive roadmap initiatives that power Fulfilment Experiences, innovating back‑end systems and client front‑ends.
- Translate business needs into actionable projects and partner with business owners to improve the fulfilment experience.
- Define and monitor key metrics such as delivery turnaround time and fulfilment experience scores to inform product decisions.
- Conduct workshops with stakeholders to elicit detailed functional requirements and document them for engineering teams.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams, including engineers, BI analysts and UI designers, to deliver projects on time and within scope.
- Collaborate with QA teams to review test plans, ensure coverage and perform user acceptance testing.
