About the role

Startgo Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Product Analyst to join its technology and product team in Cape Town. The role focuses on delivering innovative digital financial solutions by bridging business needs with technical delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Drive analysis and delivery of new products, features, and enhancements.
• Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders to understand business needs.
• Translate complex business problems into clear, actionable requirements, including process flows, user stories, and business rules.
• Collaborate with development, testing, and operations teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Support solution design, testing, implementation, and post‑release activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and delivery excellence.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role.
• Proven experience delivering technology or digital product initiatives.
• Strong requirements elicitation and documentation skills.
• Experience working in Agile and Scrum environments.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
