Procurement Managed Services Graduate Internship 2027

About the role

Join PwC's Procurement Managed Services team as a graduate intern, supporting outsourced procurement sourcing projects and gaining hands‑on experience across the full sourcing lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Support sourcing projects from intake through market analysis, supplier engagement, bid evaluation and handover.
• Conduct supplier and market research, gather category intelligence and assist with pre‑qualification and onboarding of suppliers.
• Prepare and administer requests for information and proposals, manage bidder communications and maintain timelines.
• Cleanse and analyse spend, pricing and supplier data, develop evaluation packs and track savings opportunities.
• Coordinate meetings, actions and approvals with client stakeholders, suppliers and internal team members, escalating risks as needed.
• Maintain accurate sourcing pipelines, trackers, repositories and audit trails using client and firm systems.
• Support negotiation preparation, contracting handovers and supplier performance activities under guidance.
• Act as a super‑user of the procurement system to reduce administrative load on sourcing specialists.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree (honours advantageous) in a relevant field such as Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Business Management, Commerce, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Mathematics or Statistics.
• Strong numerical, analytical and problem‑solving ability with high attention to data accuracy.
