Procurement Business Partner – Non-Merchandise Procurement

About the role

The Procurement Business Partner will act as a strategic partner for TFG’s Non‑Merchandise Procurement function, supporting areas such as Credit & Value‑Add Services, Facilities Management, Corporate Services and Store Build. You will work closely with business stakeholders to translate objectives into effective procurement strategies that deliver commercial value.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with assigned business areas to design and execute procurement strategies aligned with their goals.
• Deliver cost‑effective, commercially sound solutions while managing supplier and contractual risk.
• Provide procurement leadership, sourcing support and governance across strategic and operational needs.
• Lead commodity specialists and coordinate sourcing activities for allocated categories.
• Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Translate procurement activities into measurable business benefits.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, category management or business partnering.
• Background in indirect procurement, preferably with exposure to corporate services, financial services, insurance, retail, facilities management, store development or construction‑related procurement.
• Strong understanding of retail business and the role of procurement in supporting commercial and operational objectives.
• Proven experience managing RFx processes, supplier evaluations and commercial negotiations.
• Solid knowledge of supplier management, contract management, procurement governance and risk management.
• Degree or diploma in Commerce, Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, Finance, Law or equivalent experience.
