Procurement Analyst – Sourcing & Data Analytics

About the role

RCL Foods is seeking a motivated Procurement Analyst to join the Group Services Division in Westville. Reporting to the Sourcing Manager, you will provide day‑to‑day analytics and reporting to support spend analysis, category strategy and continuous improvement across the Group.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Sourcing Manager with analytics, reporting and scenario evaluation for spend across the Group.
• Develop and maintain category strategies, evaluate proposals and complete decision matrices.
• Manage group contracts within assigned categories, ensuring best‑value outcomes and increased contract coverage.
• Engage with business line managers and supply planners to analyse spend behaviours and drive sourcing initiatives.
• Deliver short‑, medium‑ and long‑term strategies (1‑3 years) for sub‑categories.

Required profile

• Degree in commerce, data management, supply chain management or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in a related role with advanced data analytics.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
• Valid EB driver’s licence.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power BI.
• High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office packages.
