Key responsibilities

Support private equity and corporate finance transactions.
Perform valuations and build detailed financial models.
Analyse a wide variety of industries and transactions.

Required profile

CA(SA) with 1–2 years of experience in Private Equity or Corporate Finance, OR a non‑CA(SA) qualification with 3–4 years of experience in the same fields.

Required skills

Strong financial modelling skills (non‑negotiable).
Exposure to a broad range of industries and transaction types.
