About the role

The client is a well‑established automotive dealership in Pretoria seeking a driven, customer‑focused Pre‑Owned Vehicle Sales Executive. You will manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to delivery, while consistently meeting monthly sales and profitability targets.

Key responsibilities

• Sell pre‑owned vehicles and achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Prospect new customers through referrals, calls, online leads and networking.
• Respond promptly to enquiries, conduct needs analysis and present suitable vehicle options.
• Arrange professional test drives and explain specifications, features and benefits.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing within approved parameters and manage the full sales process to delivery.
• Identify trade‑in opportunities and coordinate the trade‑in process.
• Collaborate with the Used Vehicle Manager, F&I team and other dealership departments to ensure smooth transactions.

Required profile

• Grade 12 / Matric – essential.
• Previous vehicle sales experience within a motor dealership.
• Proven track record of achieving vehicle sales targets.
• Experience in pre‑owned vehicle sales is highly advantageous.
• Valid driver’s licence; own reliable transport preferred.
• Good computer literacy.
• Professional presentation and strong customer‑service orientation.

• Experience using a dealership CRM/DMS system.
• Computer literacy.
