Pre‑Owned Sales Manager – Lydenburg

About the role

The Westvaal Motor Group is looking for a Pre‑Owned Sales Manager to lead the used‑car sales department at its Isuzu/Renault dealership in Lydenburg, Mpumalanga. The role is responsible for driving customer enthusiasm, owner loyalty and achieving sales and profit targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the Used Sales Department to meet sales, profit and customer satisfaction goals.
• Create and implement marketing strategies to grow the pre‑owned vehicle business.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits.
• Stay updated with industry trends and present mobility solutions that meet customer needs.
• Lead, motivate and develop the sales team to achieve performance targets.

Required profile

• Relevant marketing qualification (advantageous) and at least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in used‑car sales.
• Strong management and self‑driven abilities combined with high integrity.
• Knowledge of policies, procedures, business operations, marketing, financial analysis and customer handling.
• Proficiency in sourcing new stock, accurately evaluating vehicles and closing sales.
